Video: 39 Seconds of School Shooting Threats Target an Individual Linked to CIA

Before threading the background context of the case, the below 39 secs video include several occurrences of precise targeting of "yellow vehicles" — particularly, "school buses", as well as trucks (sometimes exploded trucks) and other passenger cars perfectly of the same color timely aligned and heading "each intersection" — every single time, forming a “consistent targeting pattern”.
These represent threats to "Mass School Shootings", empowered “by proxy” through the FBI in the case discussed in this publication. Watch the video below followed by background on the case.

Background Context
Within the scope of our case in this publication, several mass shootings including schools and terrorist attacks took place, with the latest being the Black Hawk crash despite that the real incident cause was covered-up on.
The shooting of Robb Elementary School wasn't a random gun violence and was motivated by Mafia bosses with ties to the FBI, part of a larger organized crime involving a pursuit case and a personal narrative, discussed in this publication. These are in retaliation against CIA for their involvement as previously explained in other articles.
As the case also encompasses an individual (asset) who’s indirectly linked to the CIA as explained in this article, his interactions are being leveraged as a medium through targeting tactics of threats and implications by those criminal actors to relay those pieces of the puzzle towards their terrorist attacks, as seen in the above video where the “yellow color” is a lead element in relaying implications to “school shootings” in many forms across several mediums, what may also call by “orchestration of elements”.
Arguments
What are the odds that on every intersection I stop at, a yellow school bus would be heading the other intersection?
If this happens once or twice and occasionally, we may call these coincidences but when it happens consistently and on a large scale, and the same applies to other types of vehicles, but also simultaneously among other mediums, then these must be intentionally targeted — correct?
And that makes me wonder, if the FBI cannot recognize these as clear threats through targeting, What does "Gang Stalking" means in the understanding of the Bureau?
Are they expecting criminals to send direct threats in today's complex world and sophisticated technologies? Because if it was that easy, we wouldn't need an FBI then. It'd be a police initiative: Here's the direct evidence, here's the judgement — correct?
And if they're not acting upon those subtle threats, especially when reported several times to them over the course of three years, doesn't that make them corrupt?
They precisely control the traffic lights and equip those gang-stalking members with tools to aid them in perfectly aligning their location and time with the target. Whom else can have access to control the traffic lights with such great precision 24/7 in all States and cities of the United States?
And that is just one medium — "Roads". Apply that extent of precision on other mediums such as Internet and Websites through targeted advertisements, reCAPTCHAs with yellow school buses, targeted videos topping the feed, cybercrime techniques, coffee shops, and others.
Example: sending a targeted gang-stalker wearing a "yellow jacket" and looks almost “the same” as one of the mob leaders in question. Doesn't the combination of multiple elements of targeting reinforces those threats?
The above can be observed at the second 24 from the above video where the targeted person wearing the yellow jacket looked almost exactly like “Ramy Gewida” one of the involved mob leaders (see below comparison), more accurately, the son of a mob leader, “Hani Andraws” who advantaged his connections with the FBI in conducting a forced marriage situation in favor to his son - one aspect of this case, further detailed in this article.
Not only that the targeted person looked like Ramy but he in fact shared the exact common “behavioral traits” as Ramy in terms of standing and walking that I mistook him for Ramy in the first glance. This is not a one-time occurrence through the event of this case, it has become a phenomenon accompanied with a several instances of targeting.
By sending a person who looks like Ramy, the targeting instance simply intends to interpret that a school shooting incident will be motivated for “through them” in response to the CIA for their involvement in combating their crimes that are performed jointly with the corrupt FBI. The Bureau should know better, right?
Someone still argues whether these are threats? These are professionally crafted form of implications from individuals and mob networks that well-understand the perception of a human to such targeted events and the “mutation” of multiple elements of targeting that in return delivers the intentional threat interpretations to avoid accountability, or do we expect them to easily put a threat in a text message and send it that can be easily identified and traced back? Can some expert at the FBI come up with a response justifying the aforementioned? I doubt it.
Furthermore..
The case has been ongoing for three years with more violent crimes are being motivated for by their bribery clients, and if the Bureau is unable to recognize these as a valid "Demonstrative Evidence" that is clear as the daylight for individuals outside of the intelligence community and admissible by “Court”, whom would be the suitable entity to assist? They in fact must be judged and convicted for their negligence but also their malign alliance and contribution in those crimes.
The Bureau possess far greater intelligence capabilities beyond merely analyzing demonstrative evidence, including legal surveillance and recordings, forensic acquisitions and so forth to complete the puzzle towards a case of a national security that would hold mob leaders accountable in motivating for school shootings and other cruel crimes but they are not doing so because "they are in it" — in exchange for bribes.
