Sovereign Immunity and the FBI Sponsorship of Terrorism Nationwide
Did you Know That the FBI is the Sponsor of Terrorism Nationwide?
By using sophisticated tactics of social engineering and targeting, the Bureau through its advanced intelligence capabilities and insiders at corporations such as Meta, they can precisely target "threatening" content to individuals, such as the below (more context further below). And that is only one tactic.
The FBI performs those tactics of terrorism "by proxy" but they will never investigate any reports pertaining those targeting.
Neither that they'll be able to provide a plausible response to "why" the Law Enforcement Bureau of Investigations is unable to recognize the presented evidence that is clear as the daylight to everyone as a valid reason for pursuing a conviction of the reported criminals.
→ Frankly, how do we expect them to investigate their own crimes?
Meanwhile, the "Sovereign Immunity" prevents cases from arising against the Bureau as a whole entity and would rather restrict claims to "agents" in their own individual personal capacity even though those agents leverage the Bureau's powers to conduct those crimes.
→ Then you start asking, is the law defeating its own purpose here?
And if it's not the "Sovereign Immunity", the case will be dismissed on the basis of "The Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction".
Well, the Bureau is committing "thousands of crimes" against the people of the country, and they will go out of their "mercenary business" if there is a window for victims to claim damages that are in millions or even billions if the law doesn't have an "intently crafted provision" that blocks cases against the Bureau as an entity.
Or more accurately, blocks "Justice from Prevailing".
→ Shouldn't the court deploy the "Intent of the Law" here?
Included above is targeted "Islamic Content" on my YouTube feed on my cellphone and even my TV within the context of a larger case of an organized crime by the FBI.
Meanwhile, my interests in the application as a Christian individual does not reflect such content. How possible? Is that not terrorism? Especially given the other aspects of the case and the totality of circumstances.
The FBI is vanished - for three years, and their criminal acts continue.
