The CIA Director, Juliane Gallina who once vowed to put an end to an atrocious industry she implied for in a speech on TEDx years ago, turned corrupt after she was offered a lump sum of money and joined the mob, following the steps of her predecessor Jennifer Ewbank, former Deputy Director for Digital Innovation at the agency, both leading the empowering and funding of bioterrorism and biological warfare on the entire population.

Juliane came out a year after in an attempt to cover-up on what she implied for in her speech by saying “Not reading thoughts, that’s creepy”, although that is exactly what’s happening, but much worse.
The CIA and FBI allowed this to happen because they are bribed by the Mafia. Two Mobs in particular who operate jointly, the Coptic Orthodox Church Mob in Seattle, WA led by Adel Andraws and La Cosa Nostra Mafia, led by Robert Trent, CEO of Builders Capital.
